ACCOUNT MANAGER HOSPITALITY NL

Location: Benelux – focusing on The Netherlands

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining and further developing good relationships with restaurants, hotels, hotel chains and distributors in Benelux – with a focus on The Netherlands.
  • You identify and contact prospects through visits. You attend trade fairs and networking events to expand your existing customer portfolio and detect new opportunities. You know the new restaurants that are opening and often visit our distributors to make us top of mind and work on visual merchandising. 
  • You analyze customer needs and requirements, map them together with the customer, and you then offer them appropriate solutions.
  • You are responsible for the daily (administrative) follow-up of the quotations and ensure clear and correct reporting ( SAP, CRM,...).
  • You participate in monthly sales meetings. As a sparring partner of your sales colleagues, you provide relevant input from your field. 
  • You translate the sales targets set by the management team into clearly defined objectives and an action plan for your customer portfolio.

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree and at least 2 years of experience in a commercial position.
  • You are enthusiastic and passionate. You have a strong culinary interest and are attracted to hospitality. A genuine interest in design and lifestyle is definitely a plus.
  • You are a real "hunter" and are constantly looking for new opportunities. You are result-oriented and driven by achieving your targets.
  • You are communicative, with good listening skills, you have strong interpersonal skills and a healthy dose of curiosity.
  • You are organized and work in a planned way. You know your way around ERP & CRM systems and Excel.

Account Manager Retail Germany 

Location: Germany, East, remote

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible to develop and grow the relationship and business with our Accounts in the eastern part of Germany. 
  • You identify and contact prospects by virtual calls and in-person visits. You are present at Tradeshows and Network Events to build your existing client base and analyze new opportunities. 
  • You analyze the needs of the customers and prepare a plan with the customer to fulfill their needs.
  • You prepare and follow up on quotes with the customer, assure a clear communication of PO’s and smooth onboarding of new customers. 
  • You analyze numbers and prepare clear and correct reporting with our reporting tools. 
  • You participate in monthly sales meetings, by giving your colleagues insights to relevant business cases. 
  • You translate the business goals set by management to clear objectives and create an action plan for your own clients. 

 
Profile

  • You are enthusiastic and passionate. You love design and lifestyle. 5+ years of relevant experience in a sales role, ideally in the home decoration industry.
  • You are a go-getter, love to find new customers and are passionate about business development. You have strong interpersonal skills and thrive on building new relationships.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you are a great listener. You can use the right tools to communicate your story and win clients.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and be able to prioritize tasks. The majority of your work week, you will be on the road visiting clients and driving sales with new and existing clients. 
  • Proactive and motivated with strong problem solving and follow up skills.
  • You are result driven, are eager to reach your goals and have a winner mentality. 
  • You are located in the eastern part of Germany and speak fluent German and English.

INTERNATIONAL SALES SUPPORT HOSPITALITY

Location: Belgium, Kontich

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the global external sales team on a daily basis with quotes and mood books, displaying unique concepts and interesting propositions 
  • Organize all administrative systems including SAP, CRM, the ordering platform for several clients and their orders 
  • Following up on projects to be finalized on time and budget, in close collaboration with customer service to manage client needs and concerns
  • Follow up on leads coming in via different Serax channels (trade shows, website, email,…) 
  • Organize showroom sales activities with clients from different parts of the world 

 
Profile

  • You have a bachelor or master degree, a degree in hospitality is a plus
  • You have a profound interest in the hospitality sector; restaurants, hotels, lifestyle concepts in combination with a passion for design
  • You have great communication skills in Dutch and English with a basic knowledge of French
  • You know your way around MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • You are entrepreneurial, flexible and thrive in high paced, demanding contexts 
  • You are a very well-organized, analytical, administrative, autonomous and detail-oriented.
