The deep grey of the mystical North Sea and the unspoiled Nature of the Zeeland coast, the native region of the Dutch master chef Sergio Herman, inspired him for the collection he has created in cooperation with Serax. At his restaurant, AIRrepublic, the regional character and the Sergio touch of the marinated mussels, oysters with champagne sauce and daily fresh langoustines are emphasised by the dishes, plates, and bowls of the Surface for Serax collection.
