Love is the main ingredient for success – Slovenian Ana Roš, proclaimed the best female chef in the world in 2017, is living proof of that. Entirely self-educated and with a significant dose of love and passion she experiments and tries out different dishes, rediscovering her native culinary tradition through her research. In her restaurant Hiša Franko, she serves ‘extraordinary ordinary’ dishes consisting of 95% of local ingredients. The second season of the Netflix Series Chef's Table reveals how her culinary masterpieces acquire an international allure on Serax tableware: Pure by Pascale Naessens and Aqua at Serax. Ana's worst nightmare is that someone would label her dishes as ‘boring’. In any case, the tableware won’t be the culprit.
