Instroom Antwerp

A culinary academy disguised as a restaurant

“A place where people who have flown into our country make the most of their culinary self”. This is how Antwerp top chef Seppe Nobels describes his new culinary project 'Instroom Academy'. In his new, pop-up restaurant, closing end of July, he prepares newcomers from all parts of the world for a career in the hospitality industry. An intensive project around diversity and inclusion. Seppe has been working on white plates all his life, so he went looking for suitable tableware at Serax. The mix with black items refers to society that is often very black and white.
