Loïc Willemot

Armed with degrees in textile design, interior design, and furniture design, Loïc Willemot (1992) from Ghent founded his eponymous design studio in 2015. From a very early age, he has always had a clear philosophy – keep it simple. With minimal interventions he turns plain, everyday items into special objects. Relying only on his senses, he mainly works with basic materials until he reaches the desired effect – the kind of effect that can only be created by excluding all that is superfluous.
