Why change something that is near perfect? I did not, and I am extremely proud of the resulting Surface Collection cutlery, because I am convinced that this cutlery collection provides the solution to the disadvantages of well-known restaurant silverware. The stone-washed finish gives the spoons, knives and forks that con- temporary look I wanted them to have, and makes them very well- suited for everyday use.
